Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist Intern to join our dynamic international team in Hamburg. As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist Intern, you will assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions for new products, investigate regulatory requirements for various markets, and prepare and review safety data sheets, product information files, and product labeling for EU and US markets.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions for new products in accordance with EU REACH/BPR/Cosmetic regulations.
- Investigate regulatory requirements for various markets.
- Prepare and review SDS, PIF, and product labeling for EU and US markets.
- Support the maintenance of regulatory files and documentation.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and product information for compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of responses to regulatory inquiries.
- Ensure regulatory requirements are met by liaising with other departments.
- Mandatory internship or working student job for Bachelor's or Master's students in Regulatory Affairs, Toxicology, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or any related field.
- Knowledge or theoretical understanding of REACH, cosmetics, and BPR.
- Experience in the preparation of SDS and other safety and compliance topics is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus.
- Self-motivated and passionate about the regulatory field.
- Very good team player who also enjoys working independently.
- You have a valid work permit for Germany and are currently studying in Germany.
