Founders Associate: Business Development in Health

As a rapidly expanding, remote-first organization, this is an exciting opportunity to join us as we prepare to launch our innovative solution, allowing you to influence the company's trajectory from day one.
ResponsibilitiesWe are on the verge of launching our state-of-the-art solution for type 2 diabetes, which is fully reimbursed in the German market. Join us to be part of this thrilling launch phase, where you will take on significant responsibilities and witness the positive impacts of your contributions on the health of millions.
As an early member of our commercial team, you will collaborate closely with our founders to achieve the overarching objective of promoting the Una Health therapy to patients (who will have full reimbursement) and establishing a network of engaged healthcare professionals who recommend and prescribe Una to their patients, aiding them in achieving sustainable health improvements. Our field is pioneering, rapidly evolving, and holds immense potential to transform our healthcare landscape. Given its innovative nature, optimal marketing and sales strategies are still being developed. Therefore, success will be measured by experimentation and learning how to effectively reach the millions affected. Utilizing both primary and secondary data, you will determine key focus areas in the patient journey, identify effective channels and strategies, forge strategic partnerships, conduct experiments, and collaboratively build a scalable acquisition process with the team.
Key activities may include:
- Evaluating critical areas across the patient and doctor channels, effectively prioritizing and formulating hypotheses
- Creating a comprehensive overview of the patient journey, establishing hypotheses, and prioritizing focus areas
- Identifying and engaging potential strategic partners with aligned missions
- Working with user research, design, and technology teams to conceptualize, plan, design, and implement impactful campaigns across relevant channels (both online and offline)
- Executing experiments and analyzing the effectiveness of various campaigns and channels
- In collaboration with design and user research, managing content for our website, landing pages, social media, and physical marketing materials
- Supporting the implementation of marketing automation tools such as CRM systems, surveys, and email marketing initiatives.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a related field from a reputable university (Master's degree is a plus)
- Language: Proficient in both German and English to conduct user interviews and create advertisements in both languages
- Experience: Previous work experience in a dynamic environment. Experience in business development, strategy, marketing, or digital health is advantageous.
