Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Praktikum Founders Associate to join our team. As a key member of our early-stage startup, you will be responsible for driving business growth, product development, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our founders to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with our product development team to create innovative and effective solutions for women's health and wellness.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or have relevant work experience.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Experience in business development, marketing, or product management a strong asset.
