International Finance Business Advisor

Driving innovation through financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated monthly and quarterly financial reports, as well as the overall financial statements for the Freudenberg Group division in compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Aid in the development of management reports and impactful presentations.
  • Continuously monitor business performance across Freudenberg's international subsidiaries, utilizing key corporate performance metrics.
  • Serve as a financial partner for subsidiaries, focusing on accounting and controlling functions.
  • Engage in both strategic and operational planning initiatives.
  • Conduct profitability assessments and additional financial analyses.
  • Oversee weekly sales and order reporting processes.
  • Assist with cost center reporting for the holdings.
  • Support cash management, risk assessment, and transfer pricing documentation efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent commercial training.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in accounting and/or controlling within an international context.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Results-driven and efficient work approach.
  • Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (HGB, IFRS, Tax).
  • Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management is preferred.
  • Ideally, possess substantial knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
