Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at equal personal GmbH & Co. KG Stuttgart. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and greet clients in a professional manner
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
  • Assist with special projects and events as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
