Project Director - Data Centre

Falcon Green is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale data centre projects and will be responsible for managing the project team, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the project team to deliver the data centre project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data centre project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
