Group Performance Director

The Invia Group is seeking a highly experienced Group Performance Director to drive new customer acquisition through a centralised strategy. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment across all markets.
You will lead performance marketing teams, including PPC, Display, Programmatic, and Social Paid, to optimise marketing spend and drive efficiency. Integration of AI tools will play a key role in refining marketing activities and enabling cutting-edge performance marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, a proven ability to drive strategy and results, and excellent leadership and team management skills. You will be responsible for tracking, analysing, and optimising marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
The Group Performance Director will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy
- Leading performance marketing teams to optimise marketing spend and drive efficiency
- Integrating AI tools to refine marketing activities and enable cutting-edge performance marketing solutions
- Tracking, analysing, and optimising marketing performance metrics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment
