About the Role

The Invia Group is seeking a highly experienced marketing leader to drive new customer acquisition through a centralised performance marketing strategy. As Group Performance Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, focusing on new customer acquisition and ensuring a consistent and aligned execution of performance marketing efforts across all markets of the Invia Group (DACH & CEE).

The role involves optimising key channels, including PPC, Display/Programmatic, and Social Paid, as well as managing ad spend and aligning all activities with the Invia Group's overall performance marketing strategy. You will lead performance marketing teams, including PPC, Display, Programmatic, and Social Paid, to optimise marketing spend and drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy
  • Centralising performance marketing efforts across all markets
  • Leading performance marketing teams to optimise marketing spend and drive efficiency
  • Managing ad spend and aligning activities with the Invia Group's overall performance marketing strategy
  • Integrating AI tools to refine marketing activities and enable cutting-edge performance marketing solutions
