Group Performance Director

The Invia Group is a leading online travel company in Europe, with a wide range of travel options serving various target groups and needs. As a Group Performance Director, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition through a centralised strategy, ensuring a consistent and aligned execution of performance marketing efforts across all markets of the Invia Group.
The role involves optimising key channels, including PPC, Display/Programmatic, and Social Paid, as well as managing ad spend and aligning all activities with the Invia Group's overall performance marketing strategy. By centralising performance marketing under this role, the Invia Group ensures a harmonised approach, leveraging tools and technologies to maximise efficiency and results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, focusing on new customer acquisition.
- Centralise performance marketing efforts across all markets, ensuring consistency of strategy and execution within the Invia Group.
- Lead performance marketing teams, including PPC, Display, Programmatic, and Social Paid, to optimise marketing spend and drive efficiency.
- Ensure the integration and optimisation of performance marketing tools and technologies for maximum efficiency.
- Integrate AI tools to refine marketing activities and enable cutting-edge performance marketing solutions.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with various teams, including SEO, content, and data analytics, to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics to improve ROI and optimise the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Maintain a budget-conscious approach, ensuring the financial efficiency of all marketing initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead and manage diverse marketing teams, fostering collaboration and driving results across PPC, Display, and Social Paid channels.
- Expertise in tracking, analysing, and optimising marketing performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, and LTV to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Strong proficiency in using data and analytics to make informed decisions and pivot strategies for a maximum ROI.
- Skilled in collaborating with SEO, content, and analytical teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
- Experience in developing and executing high-level strategies that align with business goals and drive new customer acquisition.
- Ability to manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective ad spend and financial performance.
- Deep understanding of PPC, Display, Social Paid, and programmatic platforms, including marketing automations and automation tools.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to optimise ad targeting, bidding strategies, and predictive analytics for an enhanced marketing performance.
- Excellent ability to present insights and strategies clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for marketing initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt to market changes and optimise campaigns as needed.
- Expertise in managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Experience in working with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels.
