Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Senior HV Charging Technical Leader at KPIT. This position involves a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing our high voltage charging protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high voltage charging protocols utilizing Matlab, Simulink, and Stateflow.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of software requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Design and implement software architecture that meets industry standards.
- Provide support to the development and testing teams to clarify software requirements.
- Review and assess work products to maintain quality and compliance.
- Engage in technical discussions with system architects and technical leaders on the client side.
- Assist the product owner in planning, refining, and delivering project milestones.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing high voltage charging protocols or related fields.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong familiarity with high voltage standards such as CCS, GB/T, CHAdeMo, and/or ChaoJi.
- Proficient in using Matlab, Simulink, and Stateflow for software development.
- Demonstrated experience in leading Agile teams effectively.
- Good understanding of ASPICE software development processes.
- Familiarity with testing and calibration methodologies is essential.
- Experience with AUTOSAR is advantageous.
- Knowledge of system architectures in ePowertrain systems is preferred.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2) and German (minimum B2) is required.
- Strong attention to detail, systematic approach, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
