Position Overview:
We are seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager (m/f/d) to enhance our team. In this capacity, you will operate within a global matrix structure, influencing and overseeing all HSE responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and support to management and colleagues in executing occupational health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
• Collaborate on and independently manage projects, particularly in planning and executing investment projects related to HSE initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies for safe and legally compliant workplace design, including preventive measures for occupational safety and hazardous substance management.
• Establish and pursue environmental and safety objectives.
• Organize and conduct internal HSE training sessions.
• Manage emergency response and analyze occupational accidents and safety incidents, documenting and evaluating test results to derive necessary actions.
• Coordinate and conduct internal inspections, workplace assessments, and training on occupational safety and environmental protection.
• Prepare and update risk assessments and operational guidelines, developing measures to mitigate hazards.
• Oversee internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with headquarters in Korea to contribute to the global HSE roadmap of the Customer Solutions network.

Qualifications:
• Degree in engineering, chemistry, safety, environmental science, or a related field.
• Certification as an HSE specialist in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Extensive professional experience in occupational safety and environmental protection.
• Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and standards, particularly DIN ISO 14001 and 45001.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant IT applications.
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
