We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personnel Administrator (m/w/d) to join our team at STUBNERpersonalservice GmbH.

About the Role:

  • As a Personnel Administrator (m/w/d), you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including personnel-related tasks, correspondence, and data management.
  • You will serve as a point of contact for employees and management on personnel-related matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Additionally, you will assist in the coordination of HR projects and initiatives, and provide support to our HR Business Partners in their respective areas of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, preferably with advanced knowledge in personnel administration.
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office.
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills.
  • A high level of engagement, reliability, and responsibility in your work.
  • Reliability in handling confidential and personal data.
  • Fundamental knowledge of tax and social security law, as well as good knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law.
