Position Overview
As a working student (m/f/d) in the Human Resources department at GfK, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations and strategic initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the daily functions of HR while contributing to various projects that enhance our organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the complete reference process, including drafting reference letters.
- Assist HR business partners and HR Services in their daily tasks.
- Engage with employees and management on various personnel matters.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the HR team.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate commitment and a willingness to learn. You should enjoy project work and possess the ability to navigate complex project workflows and processes. A collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Additionally, the following qualifications are required:
- Currently pursuing a degree in economics, sociology, pedagogy, psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Human Resources is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a proactive, meticulous approach to work.
- Strong creativity, dedication, and exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in both German and English.
