Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Learning Assistant to join our Digital Learning team. As a key member of our team, you will support the creation of E-Learning content using authoring tools and video software.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of E-Learning content, including the creation of multimedia and didactic materials.
- Contribute to the conception and implementation of learning content, enhancing our digital learning offerings.
- Prepare subject matter for multimedia and didactic purposes, ensuring high-quality content.
- Support the Digital Learning team in managing learning content and learners within our Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors).
Requirements
- Enrollment as a student throughout the employment period, preferably in a field related to E-Learning and Media Education, Media and Education Management, Media and Communication Science, or a comparable field.
- Initial experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Vyond) and E-Learning content creation.
- Didactic skills and initial experience in preparing subject matter for specific target groups.
- IT affinity and quick learning ability.
- Openness, motivation, and engagement.
- Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking.
- Availability for 10-20 hours per week, spread over 2-3 days, with the option to work from home.
