About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Learning Architect to join our team at PHOENIX Pharma SE. As a key member of our Group Talent Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our overall culture, learning, and talent agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of our learning management system across 29 countries
  • Develop relationships with PHOENIX countries to ensure successful data migration and rollout
  • Collaborate with our Senior Architect on backend business support and stakeholder management
  • Design and develop e-learning modules to support our key stakeholders
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and deployment of our Leadership and Lean Academies
  • Manage projects and collaborate with local HR and internal stakeholder teams to co-create solutions
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in people development and/or talent management
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to drive efficiency and process optimization within the team
  • Full proficiency in German and English languages
  • Interest in developing practical skills in learning design
