Your Future Role
We are seeking a Strategic Workload Manager to lead and coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning of our rapidly expanding digital business in the DACH region. As a key interface to all functions across our sites in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, you will work closely with teams across the business to ensure alignment between workforce demand and planned capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic execution and provide footprint recommendations.
- Coordinate with other Alstom sites for collaborative efforts.
- Drive Sales and Operations Planning within the DACH region.
- Advise on strategic directions and prepare growth scenarios.
- Communicate with DACH and other regional management teams.
- Liaise with global headquarters for S&OP topics.
Requirements
- A university degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Project Management/Planning/S&OP or as a management/strategy consultant.
- A data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of the railway business or ETCS/CBTC technologies or signalling infrastructure is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Proficiency in English and German.
