Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities of the DACH Risk & Compliance Committee, adhering to global standards for meeting agendas and documentation Assist various departments with new compliance initiatives, oversee internal control mechanisms, and track project implementations Engage with senior leadership, communicate with staff regarding updates to internal procedures, and address inquiries related to Ethics and Compliance Propose adjustments to local policies, procedures, regulations, and processes to align with legal, internal, and DACH requirements Oversee due diligence activities related to Ethics and Compliance, ensuring integration within acquisition processesRequired Qualifications:
Expertise in Ethics and Compliance frameworks and practices Strong analytical and reporting capabilities for internal projects Familiarity with Risk and Compliance Committee coordination Understanding of internal audit and control frameworks Capacity to adapt and manage procedures for internal reporting and safeguarding whistleblower protections Proficient in both German and EnglishBenefits:
