Compliance and Risk Manager

TAKKT AG is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their team in Stuttgart. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Compliance Strategies: Design and implement new structures and processes to ensure compliance with product, environmental, and market law requirements.
- Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and opportunities, propose solutions, and work closely with key stakeholders to implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Development: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide guidelines to relevant departments to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Data Management: Support data management along the product lifecycle and participate in audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- External Partnerships: Act as the interface to external service providers and manage communication with authorities to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in engineering, environmental management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Practical experience in compliance/quality management.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of European environmental and product regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a passion for sustainability.
- Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English.
