About the Role:

Mazars GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Audit Analytics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and transformation in our Audit Analytics department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative projects to enhance data-driven analysis of business processes.
  • Design and execute rollout strategies for our Audit Analytics tools, bringing ideas to improve our digital annual financial statement audit.
  • Optional: Lead the audit of annual and consolidated financial statements and consolidated report packages in accordance with national and international accounting standards, staying close to current audit activities.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Economics, (Business) Mathematics, or Business Engineering.
  • Several years of experience in auditing (CPA certification an advantage) and experience in personnel management.
  • Desirable: Relevant knowledge in Business Intelligence, Big Data, and/or Audit Analytics (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, IDEA, Python, etc.).
  • Ability to connect technical questions with the technical environment and derive solution-oriented measures.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
