We are expanding our team and are seeking interns (m/f/d) and working students (m/f/x) specializing in data analytics within the Audit & Assurance sector. This division provides a comprehensive array of services, encompassing a variety of data science methodologies and engineering technologies. Our focus is on delivering holistic and customized solutions for our clients rather than abstract analyses. We engage in diverse topics related to data engineering, descriptive analytics such as BI and process mining, as well as advanced machine learning.

As a working student or intern in data analytics for Audit & Assurance, you will collaborate with a talented team of Data Experts dedicated to enhancing the quality and precision of information, enabling businesses to make informed decisions. You will engage with leading partners across the organization and our clients to support business decisions across various industries and develop tools to facilitate this process. You will assist the team in at least one of the following areas, based on your interests:

Project Management in Data Analytics:

Assisting in the management of internal and external data and innovation projects Monitoring project progress and reporting to stakeholders Documenting project developments and content

Dashboard Development with MS Power BI:

Aiding in the creation of visually appealing dashboards for internal and external clients Defining and constructing meaningful KPIs, visualizations, and reports within dashboards Managing workspaces effectively

Data Science Applications for Audit:

Supporting the execution of data science initiatives within the audit context (e.g., process mining) Assisting in both internal and external data science and engineering projects

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a related field Interest in contemporary data science techniques to enhance audit processes Basic understanding of concepts such as business intelligence, data mining, data science, or process mining Familiarity with financial audit principles is a plus Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and effectively to deliver high-quality results on time, with proficiency in both English and German Previous experience in an audit firm as an intern or working student is advantageous

You will be part of a highly skilled and supportive team of data experts who adopt an agile approach in their daily tasks. The primary language of the team is English. This position allows for flexibility in working from various locations within Germany, necessitating a high level of self-organization and excellent communication skills.
