Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Data Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving data utilization for our clients. You will serve as the essential communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding across all levels of the organization. Your seniority will enable you to foster connections within the team and share your expertise, while tackling complex challenges that help startups and SMEs make informed, data-driven decisions.
Core Duties
- Quickly grasp critical business KPIs through discussions with key stakeholders, acting as a high-quality advisor.
- Shape the evolving role of data consultancy by determining when dedicated resources are necessary for project success.
- Transition the data consultant role from a reactive to a proactive approach, guiding the sales strategy for this new function.

We are particularly interested in candidates who possess:
- Experience in fast-paced environments, successfully managing projects and stakeholders while maintaining a balance between quality and speed.
- Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools to derive insights for clients.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, tailored to various stakeholders.
- Fluency in German (C2 or native level) for effective business communication.
- Preferred: Expertise in one or more key data domains such as product, marketing, or operational analytics.
