Account Manager

Your main goal will be to understand the needs of our clients and coordinate with internal teams to find suitable solutions. You will also be responsible for strengthening client relationships, developing contracts, and exploring up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
To succeed in this position, you must have a Bachelor or Master's degree in biology/biomedical sciences/health sciences or any related degree. Fluency in English and German is also required.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop business in assigned existing accounts
* Acquire new business
* Market and customer watch
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor or Master's degree in biology/biomedical sciences/health sciences or any related degree
* Fluency in English and German
* 2/3 years' sales experience is mandatory
* Soft skills: autonomy, results-orientation, customer focus, perseverance, ability to work with multiple and varied contacts, communication skills, proactivity
* Familiarity with CRM systems is essential
