About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Analyst to join our team at innovation in traffic systems SE. As a Sustainability Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our company's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy and reporting framework.
  • Conduct research and analysis on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics, including EU-Taxonomie for Sustainable Finance, Digital Assets, and sustainable KPIs.
  • Assist in the identification of ESG opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations for mitigation and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable business practices and policies.
  • Support the development of sustainability reports and other materials, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on sustainability, sustainable finance, circular economy, or human rights.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex sustainability concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Fluency in English and German, with a strong understanding of business and sustainability terminology.
