Sustainability Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Specialist to join our team at innovation in traffic systems SE. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our sustainability strategy and ensuring that our operations are aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of our sustainability reporting framework, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct research on emerging trends and best practices in sustainability, including EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance, Digital Assets, and sustainable KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate ESG risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on sustainability initiatives.
- Provide analytical support for sustainability-related projects, including data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on sustainability, sustainable finance, or a related area.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex sustainability concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
