Your role in shaping innovative solutions

As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate closely with our Industry Leads to formulate and implement Large Scale Solutions, translating market insights into actionable product strategies.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify the potential offerings from SMA and to articulate how customer needs can be transformed into product functionalities.

You will architect the comprehensive strategy for this product category, emphasizing customer value and alignment with solutions, while also overseeing the product and feature roadmap.

Your role will involve ensuring coherence among various products within your category, focusing on user experience, feature integration, system interfaces, and market considerations.

In addition to serving as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders regarding your product category, you will translate strategic planning into practical implementation, taking overall responsibility for the development and realization of the products within your domain.

Required qualifications and skills

  • A degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in product management or a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in renewable energy systems.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • A proactive mindset, with a holistic and strategic approach, complemented by a structured work ethic and a strong sense of accountability.
