Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Product Manager specializing in the domain of Infoma Taxes & Levies to join our 'KPM Finance and Accounting' division. This role offers flexibility in work location, with options available across various offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for significant clients in the Taxes & Levies sector.
  • Oversee quality management initiatives related to Taxes & Levies, including the evaluation of new software versions and the implementation of necessary corrective measures.
  • Facilitate communication between the manufacturer and internal development teams.
  • Lead the introduction of new features and applications with clients, while establishing standardized processes for their deployment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate workshops and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administration or finance.
  • Familiarity with tax processes and a solid technical foundation.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with analytical rigor.
  • Proficient communication skills in German.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
