Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager specializing in the domain of Taxation and Levies (m/f/d) within our 'KPM Finance and Accounting' division. This role offers flexibility in terms of location, with opportunities to work from various offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for key clients in the Taxation and Levies sector.
  • Oversee quality management initiatives related to Taxation and Levies, including software version testing and the implementation of corrective measures.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, manufacturers, and internal development teams.
  • Lead pilot projects for new features and applications, establishing standardized processes for their rollout.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate workshops and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Educational background in administration or finance.
  • Familiarity with tax processes and a solid technical foundation.
  • Strong focus on customer service and collaborative teamwork.
  • Ability to work autonomously and think analytically.
  • Proficient communication skills in German.
  • Valid Class B driver's license.
