The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our founding team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Co-Founders, Valentina Ullrich and Kai Wundling-Schulze, during the critical phase of building and shaping our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support to Founders: Work directly with the founders, assisting in various business areas, including market strategy, customer outreach, business development, marketing, sales, and product development.
  • Process Optimization and Creation: Enhance current processes and establish new ones to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Launch Phase Management: Help set up and monitor the initial launch phase of the company, ensuring smooth operation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and tools to track and report on the company's progress.
  • External Channel Development: Assist in improving all external communication channels and platforms, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Market Strategy Development: Help develop and execute the go-to-market strategy, including identifying and tapping into additional markets and their potential.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • Analytical mindset, data-driven, and KPI-focused.
  • Strong project management skills and autonomous working style.
  • Interest in disrupting the area of well-being, health, and behavior change.
  • Plus: tech-savvy and interested in Web App, Mobile App, Algorithms, and Chatbots.
