Job Overview

Apleona is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives within our operations organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Analyze efficiency and quality improvement opportunities to promote operational excellence and optimize business processes.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead strategic measures to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize comprehensive data analysis to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Change Management: Foster a culture of change and continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with operations leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and experience in consulting, auditing, or a dynamic scale-up environment.
  • Proactive decision-maker with strong coordination skills.
  • Value quality, work diligently, and embrace flexibility.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Confident, humorous, and assertive personality.
