About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at Xentral ERP Software GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving our growth story through inbound demand generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Digital Channels
    • Set up and optimize all paid digital channels to maximize ROI.
  • Search Engine Advertising (SEA)
    • Monitor and improve the current SEA account, adjusting bidding strategies and restructuring ad groups for optimal performance.
    • Optimize landing pages and ad descriptions for conversions.
    • Identify and test new growth levers in SEA, such as new ad groups and keyword categories.
  • Paid Social
    • Evaluate current campaigns and define a way forward, including campaign type, content, and targeting.
  • Retargeting Strategy
    • Define and implement a retargeting strategy to chase leads that didn't fill out any form.
    • Implement retargeting in paid social, SEA, and other channels.
  • SEO
    • Evaluate the current SEO status quo and continuously monitor performance based on defined KPIs.
    • Refine the overall SEO strategy, focusing on awareness and conversion-driven content, and identify key levers for content and technical SEO improvements.
    • Implement content SEO, creating and refreshing content, and organizing in-house and outside expertise.
    • Reevaluate the current agency and steer them continuously, monitoring their performance.
    • Coordinate technical SEO improvements.
  • Other Demand Gen Channels
    • Support leadership in identifying, defining, and testing other demand generation channels.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Deep knowledge of SEA and SEO, including operational-level expertise.
  • Highly quantitative and analytical, with experience in bouncing numbers in Excel or big data tools.
  • Hands-on mentality, with the ability to think strategically and implement directly.
