Key Responsibilities

Become a vital part of one of Europe's leading Software Enterprises and contribute as a Student (all genders) to assist our Sales division in Göppingen.
Engage in phone communications with our clientele, addressing their current inquiries. Support the cultivation of client relationships and the retention of our valued customers. Acquire and implement customer retention, service, and sales strategies. Work collaboratively and maintain close communication with the Sales Team. Ensure the accuracy of customer account information (Data integrity). Generate and oversee proposals. Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone.Qualifications
Currently enrolled student (all genders) in business management, linguistics, or a related field. Proficiency in French is essential, with advanced English skills and additional languages being advantageous. Customer-focused, dedicated, and team-oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Capability to thrive in a dynamic team setting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).What We Provide
