Make Phone calls with our customers and assist them with their current requests. Help to develop client relationships and retain existing customers. Learn and apply retention, customer service and sales techniques. Collaborate and keep a close exchange with the Sales Team. Ensure that our customer accounts are updated with the correct information (Data integrity). Create and manage offers. Answering inquiries through our email, chat and phone calls.

Requirements

Enrolled student (all genders) in the fields of business administration, linguistics or any other related subject Fluency in French is mandatory, advanced English skills and further languages are a plus. Service orientated, committed and team spirited. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
