Become a vital part of one of Europe's leading Software Enterprises and engage with our Sales division in a dynamic environment.
Conduct outreach to our clientele and provide assistance with their ongoing inquiries. Facilitate the development of customer relationships and ensure client retention. Acquire and implement customer service, retention, and sales strategies. Engage in close collaboration with the Sales Team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information (Data integrity). Generate and oversee proposals. Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and phone communications.Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a degree program (all genders) in business management, languages, or a related field. Proficiency in French is essential, with advanced English skills and additional languages being advantageous. Customer-focused, dedicated, and a team player. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced team setting. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).What We Provide
