About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Specialist to join our team at Project A Ventures, a leading venture capital firm. As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end execution of global transportation of goods, ensuring prompt deliveries based on customer needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and streamlining operational concepts and processes that are cost-efficient and automate business processes. You will work closely with our team to develop a thorough understanding of our business model and implement operational concepts and processes that drive efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize global transportation of goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners to strengthen our supply chain
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Integrate internal operations and logistics with technology to automate and digitalize processes
- Establish business modeling for warehousing and storage solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience in operations/logistics/supply chain management with B2B focus, especially in process design and development
- Ability to manage multiple projects across the globe simultaneously
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Motivated and passionate about new ideas and a creative solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
