Werkstudent für Change Management und Adoption

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Adoption & Change Management bei WM Reply spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Implementierung modernster Microsoft- und Microsoft-AI-Technologien in verschiedenen Projektumfeldern. Du bist aktiv daran beteiligt, innovative Technologien in Unternehmen unterschiedlichster Branchen und Größen zu integrieren.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Kundenpräsentationen
  • Entwicklung von Kommunikations- und Schulungsmaterialien für unsere Change Management Projekte
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Moderation von virtuellen und Präsenz-Workshops
  • Übernahme und Entwicklung interner Initiativen zur Förderung des Teamgeists

Dein Profil:
  • Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, International Business, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang in einem fortgeschrittenen Semester
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen im Consulting gesammelt
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute PowerPoint-Kenntnisse und arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Du bringst Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Lernbereitschaft mit und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
  • Bereitschaft, im Schnitt 15 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche zu arbeiten
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
