As a Coaching Development Specialist and Business Manager (m/f/d), you will be involved in creating products related to life situation coaching, intercultural competencies, and qualification consulting. Interested? Join our team
Responsibilities
- In the Business Development department of our academy, you will oversee the portfolio in the coaching sector.
- You will actively participate in the development, implementation, and updating of existing and new products across various learning formats (in-person, hybrid, virtual) tailored to diverse target groups (unemployed individuals, funded employees, companies).
- You will assess qualification needs and relevant legal frameworks in the market, defining products in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- You will maintain a strategic professional network with colleagues within TÜV Rheinland, as well as external experts, instructors, and clients in your area of responsibility.
- You will engage in process optimizations and the enhancement of quality standards, along with maintaining data in product databases and course management systems.
Experience & Qualifications
- Professional experience in coaching and a strong affinity for conceptual development are essential.
- Experience in project management, business development, or knowledge of the funded training sector is preferred.
- A keen interest in competitive analysis and the design of educational offerings is important.
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit, along with a structured and independent work style, are required.
