Business Process Optimization Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our EWM team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our digital core processes to drive business growth and commercial development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Develop business-related concepts for analysis and optimization of digital core processes
- Interpret current results, pain points, and targets to derive the right measures
- Implement success and performance management based on analytics, KPIs, and benchmarking
- Creation and implementation of automated reports and dashboards
- Support process and result standardization as well as best practice documentation
- Collection and consolidation of process and/or result examples for use cases
- Driving overall digitization initiatives and projects
- Prepare and moderate workshops/working sessions to drive decision making and implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for concept development
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
