About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Avomind. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers in the German and European markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized logistics solutions for clients.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, particularly in the logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
