Als Infrastructure Solutions Engineer (w/m/d) spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, sicherzustellen, dass alle Mitarbeiter effizient arbeiten können. Du bist verantwortlich für die Resilienz unserer Systeme gegenüber technischen Störungen und schützt sie vor externen Bedrohungen:

  • Du implementierst Sicherheitsmaßnahmen von Anfang an und sorgst für einen sicheren IT-Betrieb gemäß den Standards der ISO 27001.
  • Du richtest redundante Infrastrukturkomponenten ein, testest und wartest diese, sodass der Ausfall eines Systems keine negativen Auswirkungen hat.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Softwareentwicklungsteams, DevOps, dem Compliance-Team und externen Partnern zusammen.
  • Da wir wachsen, hast Du die Möglichkeit, unsere Strukturen aktiv mitzugestalten. In der Übergangsphase gehören folgende Aufgaben zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich, die Du perspektivisch nur noch in Vertretung übernehmen sollst:
    • Du verwaltest Zugriffsrechte auf verschiedene Dienste über Microsoft Entra ID und LDAP als zentrale Identitätsmanagement-Systeme.
    • Du bist zuständig für unser E-Mail-System (Exchange Online), unser Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune) sowie die Office 365-Dienste.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil. Auch Quereinsteiger sind willkommen, sofern sie relevante Erfahrungen und Fachkenntnisse im genannten Aufgabenbereich nachweisen können.
  • Du hast Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen zu lösen und bist dabei hilfsbereit und kommunikativ.
  • Strukturiertes Arbeiten und Dokumentation sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du bist mit den Grundlagen der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) und ISO 27001 vertraut. Praktische Erfahrungen in regulierten Umfeldern sind von Vorteil.
  • Eigenverantwortung, Problemlösungskompetenz und selbstständiges Arbeiten prägen Deinen Arbeitsstil.
  • Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Aufgaben, um Effizienz zu steigern und befähigst Deine Kollegen zur Selbsthilfe.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
