Role Overview
In the capacity of a Resource Portfolio Manager within Service Industrialization, you will play a pivotal role in the Global Resource Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively manage the forecasting and demand planning of Site Resources at a portfolio level across various regions. Your mission will be to engage stakeholders in developing a robust mid- to long-term forecast of essential Site Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the consolidation of demand forecasts (2-5 years) and planning (0-2 years) to ensure a sufficient supply of skilled Technicians for Service sites.
- Formulate strategies for delivering top-tier Technicians for new product launches and market entries, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to local Service units.
- Drive the creation and execution of a globally harmonized resource strategy, optimizing the balance between regional, global, and subcontractor teams, with an emphasis on safe and efficient service execution.
- Maintain a comprehensive Portfolio Overview to guarantee optimal utilization of critical Site Resources across all Service locations.

- Proficiency in navigating complex global stakeholder environments and building effective networks.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and an innovative mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently.
- Structured approach with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities (strategic, quantitative, and organizational) while maintaining a holistic perspective.
- Ability to provide clarity in complex workforce demand scenarios, enabling necessary workforce development initiatives to maintain a highly qualified workforce for future growth.
- Comfort with a diverse range of tasks, managing both long-term projects and short-term deadlines.
- Experience in the Wind Industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
You should excel in a multicultural environment with a global outlook, and strong English language skills are crucial.
