About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Planning Specialist to join our Offshore Site Staffing and Planning (SS&PR) department. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for ensuring correct and timely manpower allocation across our portfolio of offshore wind projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective resource planning strategies to optimize manpower allocation.
  • Monitor and evaluate planning performance across teams and projects, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain tools and processes to support optimal resource planning.
  • Provide regular reporting to management on key planning challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a planning function, preferably in a large multinational company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-25 days per year.
