Job Title: Director of Process Engineering and Project Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Process Engineering and Project Management to join our team at Recipharm. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of process engineering and project management strategies across our sites in Monheim and Zwickau.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Engineering:
    • Support the development and implementation of process engineering strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
    • Develop and maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead interdisciplinary projects across both sites, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
    • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and risk management.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project opportunities.
  • Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a team of engineers and scientists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience: Proven experience in process engineering and project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
    • Fluency in English.
