Director of Process Engineering and Project Management

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Process Engineering and Project Management to join our team at Recipharm. As a key member of our Site Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of process engineering and project management strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Process Engineering:**
- Develop and implement process engineering strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
- Lead the development and installation of new equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process engineering initiatives.
- **Project Management:**
- Lead interdisciplinary projects across multiple sites, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and manage project portfolios, aligning priorities with business objectives.
- Interface with commercial functions to drive business growth and revenue.
- **Leadership and Team Management:**
- Lead and manage local process engineering and project management teams.
- Develop and implement leadership and team management strategies to drive business excellence.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:**
- Degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- **Experience:**
- Comprehensive experience in process engineering and project management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and excellence.
- Leadership experience in a matrix organization.
- **Skills:**
- Strong understanding of supply chain and production processes.
- Expertise in SAP systems.
- Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Windows and Office.
- Effective leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
