Job Title: Director of Process Engineering and Project Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Process Engineering and Project Management to join our team at Recipharm. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of process engineering and project management strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of process engineering and project management strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new processes and technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Provide technical guidance and support to process engineers and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with the global MSAT and PM teams to ensure alignment and consistency in process engineering and project management practices.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical knowledge of process engineering and project management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
