We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at HelloFresh. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective running of production and supply operations during the shift.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Shift Leads and Area Managers on shift to consistently achieve and exceed all shift Key Performance Indicators on time through effective coaching, collaboration, and performance management.
- Own the operational performance within your designated shift, ensuring smooth workflow, optimising resource utilisation to consistently meet production targets, and championing clear communication.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity, teamwork, and employee engagement.
- Continuously improve and optimise operational processes, actively identifying and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a manufacturing or distribution centre/operational environment.
- Strong experience with managing large-scale operations with multiple management tiers.
- Demonstrates strong track record of team leadership with a large-scale rapid and process-driven environment.
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, from peers to upper leadership.
- Relevant experience in performing advanced data analysis with tools like Excel/GSheets/Grafana/Tableau and using the data to influence business decisions.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively across departments.
- A long-term mindset, committed to business impact.
- Fluent in German and English.
- You are willing to work in 3-shifts operation, are highly motivated, flexible, and a team player.
