About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Performance Marketing Lead to join our Central Growth Team in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the overall Performance Marketing strategy and investment in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team responsible for our online new user acquisition in Germany, developing and executing user acquisition strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional senior stakeholders to establish strategy, plans, and processes that align with Performance Marketing goals.
  • Manage and optimize paid online marketing campaigns, including Paid Social, Google, and Programmatic, to achieve clear marketing KPIs such as ROI, CAC, and LTV.
  • Identify top-performing partners and channels, building strong relationships to drive growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with the Online Brand Performance and Engagement teams to ensure their activities are aligned with Performance Marketing Strategy in Germany.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in Web & Mobile User Acquisition, with a background in gaming/tech/app/mobile industry and experience in Paid Social, Google, and Programmatic.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with paid online marketing, managing and scaling budgets in the mobile or E-commerce industry.
  • Solid experience working with web & mobile tracking, analytics, and attribution, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot attribution/tracking issues.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
