Key Responsibilities

As the Performance Marketing Team Leader, you will oversee our dedicated team of performance marketing specialists and manage relationships with our international media agencies and partners to enhance growth and efficiency. You will be at the forefront of all digital advertising initiatives at TeamViewer, encompassing brand campaigns that leverage our prominent sports sponsorships, as well as PPC strategies that drive ecommerce revenue. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing our digital media and performance marketing strategy for one of the most recognized brands in the IT sector.

  • Develop and execute our global strategy across all digital channels, including Search Engine Advertising, Paid Social, programmatic advertising, retargeting, affiliate marketing, and Search Engine Optimization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence to meet marketing goals.
  • Work closely with our brand, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration between brand and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Manage our global digital marketing budget and agencies across various markets, establishing precise forecasts.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance and make data-driven decisions based on insights.
  • Continuously refine performance tracking and reporting to align with diverse business objectives, from driving ecommerce revenue to lead generation, including multi-touch attribution for our enterprise segment.
  • Stay informed about trends, changes, and innovations in performance marketing to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 6 years of professional experience in both performance and brand marketing, with a proven history of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • At least 2 years of management experience demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in formulating and executing performance marketing strategies within an ecommerce or SaaS context, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with freemium business models is advantageous.
  • Proven experience leading a performance marketing team.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work, with demonstrated proficiency in analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
