**Job Details**
**Job Title:** Technical Project Manager for Commercial and Hotel Properties (m/f/d)
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Responsibilities:**
- Ensure all maintenance and upkeep measures are carried out
- Comply with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements for operating commercial and hotel properties in Germany
- Independently plan and implement renovation and modernization projects
- Lead and manage technical teams at our locations
- Provide technical and organizational support to technical staff
- Contribute to budget preparation and Capex planning
- Monitor ongoing costs (adhere to budgets)
- Define and monitor preventive maintenance measures
- Have in-depth knowledge of building fire safety
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Continuously optimize energy consumption
- Implement company standards
- Submit monthly and quarterly reports to the Corporate Office
**Requirements**
- Technical education, preferably with a focus on facility management, energy and building technology, supply technology, electrical engineering, building technology, or comparable areas
- Proven experience in facility management, property management, or project management in TGA or construction
- Excellent German language skills
- Valid driver's license (class B)
- Flexibility and high travel readiness within your region in Germany
- Experience in project management in the field of construction and/or TGA
- Excellent knowledge of state building codes, SprüfV, and general regulations for the construction and operation of touristically used commercial properties
- Proven experience in tendering, negotiating, and awarding construction services in accordance with VOB/BGB
- Reliability, flexibility, and resilience
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and proactive entrepreneurial behavior
- Proficient in MS Office
