  • Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektmanager, der unsere Outlet-Entwicklung in Remscheid erfolgreich umsetzt.
  • Deine Aufgabe ist die Gesamtkoordination des Projekts, von der Planung bis zur Eröffnung.
  • Wir erwarten von dir eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Behörden, Gutachtern und internen Teams.
  • Deine proaktive Herangehensweise an Herausforderungen im Bauprojektmanagement ist unerlässlich.
  • Wir bieten dir ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem du deine Meinung wertschätzen und individuelle Entscheidungsspielräume hast.
Dein Profil
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Bauprojekten.
  • Erfolgreiche Kommunikation mit Behörden, Gutachtern und internen Teams.
  • Proaktive Herangehensweise an Herausforderungen im Bauprojektmanagement.
  • Kostenkontrolle und Budgetmanagement.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren.
