About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Project Developer to join our team at Homify and contribute to the success of our Outlet Remscheid project.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the overall project from planning to opening, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Oversee the reporting of experts, ensuring all project aspects are aligned and up-to-date.
- Support the preparation of permit documents and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth permitting process.
- Work closely with the development team to contribute to the conceptual development of outlet objects.
- Play an active role in tendering and procurement processes, ensuring the selection of the best partners for the project.
- Monitor costs and implement effective controlling to oversee the project budget.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in project management of construction projects, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to project management challenges.
